Holders of Shiba Inu and Dogecoin can now use BitPay to pay for food delivery from Uber Eats using their respective cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, XRP, Dai, Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), and stablecoins are some of the additional cryptocurrencies that BitPay supports.

In a blog post from BitPay, this payment method is only available with BitPay gift cards and BitPay cards because Uber Eats does not currently allow direct crypto payments. Food delivery services like DoorDash and GrubHub also now offer BitPay.

Menufy, a BitPay partner, offers payments using crypto wallets as an alternative payment option for takeout or delivery from local or regional restaurant chains. BitPay accepts crypto payments for takeout restaurants including Grill, Chili’s, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Steak ‘n Shake, and many more.

Now, more and more businesses are accepting crypto as payment. Luxury watchmakers like Tag Heuer, Hublot, and Breitling are already taking cryptocurrency through payment processor BitPay, according to a recent U.Today article.

Panini America, a brand that specializes in sports collectibles, has unveiled the planned release of its cryptocurrency wallet, which will handle cryptocurrencies like Shiba Inu, Bitcoin, and others in collaboration with BitPay. This is in addition to luxury products and food deliveries.

Based in the United States, Panini America is a global publisher of trading cards, stickers, comics, and children’s publications.
